The location here is great and unbeatable, the staff are friendly, and there is a reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast.

Location just off bug green park, Pamplona for two nights and the bus terminal. Great breakfasts with fresh fruits and Pizza provided by the affable staff👍👍

all in all everything was fine, had a nice stay on vacation. i truly enjoyed my well-appointed and recently refurbished room with separate beds, wifi, for instance. it was in a nice and unbeatable location so close to pamplona for fiestas, the public areas, and cafe near bus stop.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were quite busy.

In rooms facing the interior, you can hear the wind blowing and empty plastic cups going round and round.

The staff was decent, and the place was tidy. the room was exceptionally clean and included a hairdryer and bath sheets. the view of the street was lovely, and the location was marvelous, close to restaurants, bars, the Japanese gardens, and the center of Pamplona. It was also conveniently located for access to town and the bus terminal. I was here for one day and would love to go back.

Nice big room. Quietly situated. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast selection. We were completely satisfied.

Reading lamp in room defective. Safe not usable. One of the ladies at reception was repeatedly - let's say - extremely taciturn. But this should not spoil the positive impression.

Warm atmosphere and air-conditioned rooms. Loved to hang out in the center, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel...

I had a fantastic vacation stay here; the room was comfortable, equipped with a minibar, central heating, and an iron.

Very smart hotel, very comfortable. Some noise from other travellers but did not go on late at night. Quite a walk into pamplona and we caught a taxi back, 7 euros so not bad. I would stay again and good secure underground parking for our motorcycle.

My only complaint is that reception staff give the impression they want to deal with you as quckly as possible, that you are a number not a person. Maybe it is the language barrier.

Lack of gym, lack of wi-fi coverage in rooms, lack of coffee making facilities in room

Convenient location for San Fermin festivities, quiet atmosphere, big and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, helpful receptionists.

Close enough to walk to San Fermin yet far enough away as to not be bothered by the loud crowds. They have the best staff of any hotel that we stayed in while touring Spain.

The elevators were a bit small, but that is our only complaint.
